HAMMANN, Zachery C., passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 34. He was born on December 15, 1991, in Cincinnati, OH, the son of Christopher (Josie) Wanninger and Tracey (Greg) Jackson.
Zach is survived by his loving siblings Josh Wanninger, Alyssa (Alex Begue) Wanninger, Claire and Jakob. Grandson of Bob Wanninger and Kathy (John) Smith and Hollis and Diane Hammann. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Zachery loved his family fiercely, just as he loved God.
He was a Christian who looked to God and his family in everything he did.
Zach was talented at everything: He was a wonderful artist, a hard worker, a bookworm, and the most intelligent person in the room. He had years of wisdom; a path he’d always had drawn out for himself to take.
He was fiercely loyal to all those he knew and loved.
He was silly, he was funny, and could infect you with his broad, white smile, and his quirky laugh, making you forget about anything else in the world. He would endlessly tease his siblings growing up, just as an older brother should. He was thoughtful; ensuring each family member knew how much he loved and appreciated them. He enjoyed supporting his siblings and cousins; always attending events, graduations, and birthdays despite what he was going through.
He loved to work out, and was looking to start his own fitness company. He knew his body would help carry him through this world and beyond.
He graciously loved the Bengals, Reds, and Bearcats through all of their trials and tribulations, just as we loved him.
We will carry Zach’s impressions he has left on us through the rest of our lives.
We will think of him as we knew him, we will never forget him, and live our lives in joy and grace just as he would want us to.
We love you, Zachery, and we always will.
And as Zach would always say, “Who Dey, baby!”
