PHILLIPS, William H. "Bill", beloved husband of Linda Phillips (nee Cantzler). Loving father of B. Keith (Angie) Phillips, Lisa (Paul) Russell and Ami Davis. Devoted grandfather of Nicholas, Katie, Cody, Kyle, Danielle, Jacob and Joshua. Dear brother of Veneda Grimes, Lois Brown, Ronnie, Hertis and Mike Phillips and the late Allene McDonald, J.C. and Joan Phillips. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
