William Earle Bosken

BOSKEN, William Earle, Beloved husband of Rita Marie Bosken (Nee Ward) for 66 years. Loving father of Ed (Joan), Tom (Patricia), Marian (Marc) Rubin, Diane (Jim) Langen, Bill (Dana), Janet Bosken, Patricia (John) Lenhardt, Karen Snyder and the late Jerome. Father in law of Nicky Bosken. Devoted grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Howard, Robert, Paul and sister Dorothy. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Earle served in WWII and the Korean War with the U.S Army and U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Ohio University with an electrical engineering degree and University of New Mexico with a chemical engineering degree. He worked in the lab at Sandia base, New Mexico, until returning home to manage General Tinning in Cleves, OH until retiring in 1986. He was a member of Our Lady of the Visitation Parish. Earle loved the outdoors, from boating, fishing, bird watching, gardening and camping outdoors on vacations out west or at Indian Lake. He loved his quiet time at home with his lovely wife Rita and 9 children. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 94 years of age. SERVICES CANCELLED.
