DUGAN, William C., beloved husband of the late Charlotte (nee Kain) Dugan. Loving father of Mary Janis Cupito, Gerald W. Dugan of Huston, TX and JoAnn Mercer. Dear father-in-law of James A. Cupito and David Mercer, and devoted grandfather of Lisa and Jennifer Cupito, Allison (Chris) Felix, Christian and Jarrod Bonnick, dear great- grandfather of Andrew Patrick and Abigail Nicole Felix, and dear brother of the late Florence McLaughlin, Helen Hayman, Joseph, Martha, John and Tad Dugan. On October 20, 1996 at 87 years of age. Visitation St. Simon the Apostle Church, 825 Pontius Road, on Thursday, from 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 7:00 P.M..
