Loving father of Wayne Kissell, Jan Mink and the late Dave Kissell and step-father of Mary Van Orman, Jack Ondeck and Trish Schmidt. Devoted Grandfather of 12 and Great Grandfather of 3. Dear Brother of Shirley Heverly. He was a Naval Officer and veteran of World War II. Passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 94 years of age.
