Passed away suddenly at 44 years of age on Wednesday, June 26,2013. Visitation at Meyer Funeral Home, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., Cincinnati, OH, 45248 on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. James White Oak, 3565 Hubble Rd., Cincinnati, OH, 45247 on Monday at 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 8050 Hosbrook Rd Cincinnati, OH 45236.
