Thomas R. Shappelle

SHAPPELLE, Thomas R., beloved husband of Carla (nee Hofer) Shappelle. Devoted father of Kyle, Ryan and Sarah. Loving son of Charlie and Dee (Feld) Shappelle. Dear brother of Kathy (Dave) Burke, Bill (Julie), Mary (Jim) Lietz, Elaine (Bill) Finkbeiner, Jane (Larry) Miller, Paul (Elsie), Carol Miller and Kevin (Jo Ann). Son in law of the late Ina Jean Hofer. Brother in law of Bill (Debbie) Hofer and the late Tina (Dave) Reed. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Passed away on Monday, December 29, 2008, at 52 years of age. Tommy graduated from Elder High School in 1975 and was a dedicated employee of Hillshire Farm & Kahns, Sara Lee for 34 years. Friends and family may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 2832 Rosebud Drive, on Friday from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:00AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
