Thomas Meyer

Meyer, Thomas S., Beloved husband of 58 years to Barbara L. Meyer (Rowan). Loving Father of Jeffery (Terry) Meyer and Scott (Laura) Meyer. Devoted Grandfather to Joshua, Jarred, Peyton, and Connor. Dear Brother of R.L. (Bev) Meyer. Also survived by many other family and longtime friends.
Tom crossed over peacefully, surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 79 years of age. The Funeral Mass will be on SATURDAY, November 13th at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church, 4390 Bridgetown Rd. in Hamilton County at 10:30 AM. The family asks that independent of vaccine status – to please wear masks at the service if you would feel more comfortable.

Tom was born in Cincinnati, OH on December 24,1941 to Dorothy and Robert Meyer. He graduated from Elder High School in Cincinnati and went on to graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tom completed his degree and worked at Fischer Special Manufacturing for his entire career.

Tom's priorities were always Faith and Family. He and his loving wife Barbara instilled these values in their children creating a close knit immediate and extended family. Although at times a man of few words, he always counseled his family to let go of what you cannot control and to offer your troubles up to God. Tom always loved watching his grandkids at all their sporting events and never missed a game. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends and all who knew him.
