Theresa Marie Thornton

THORNTON, Theresa Marie, passed away at home on February 8, 2026, at the age of 67. She was born in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lavon (nee Peeno) Wendling.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years, Dan Thornton. Loving step-mother of Amy (Gavin) Hines and Molly (Ross) Casebere. Beloved grandmother of Elizabeth Savage and Cole & Rylan Casebere. Dear sister of Carol Wendling, David (Gina) Wendling, and Thomas (Patty) Wendling. Sister-in-law of Donna Wendling. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Theresa is preceded in death by her dear brother Michael Wendling.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 3680 Warsaw Ave, on TUESDAY, February 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Burial to follow at St. Joseph Old Cemetery.
