KITTE, Terrence R., passed away on September 22, 2025 surrounded by family. He was born in Cincinnati, OH, the son of the late Ferdinand and Violet (nee Nagel) Kitte. Terry is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Janice Kitte (nee Sandman). Loving father of Damien Kitte and Taryn (Zach) Lawson. Cherished Papa of Vivian, Quinn and Luke, who all loved him dearly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends & family who loved and appreciated Terry’s humor and good heart. Terry is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce DePue.

Terry grew up in Fairview Heights and attended Roger Bacon High School. He was a born salesman, and spent over 30 years at Graphel Inc as the VP of Sales. With this job, he got the opportunity to travel the world. His favorite destinations were always Asian countries, with Japan being at the top of the list. He was an adventurous eater who would try everything and made friends with all of his customers, who nicknamed him “Kitte Son”.

Terry had a passion for sports cars, shoes that got him attention, golf at Western Hills Country Club, telling his infamous “stories” and most of all, his family. He was devoted to his wife, “Jani” and loved that woman more than anything in the world.

He was always the life of the party, and has left a hole in our hearts that will never be filled.
