Ruth H. Ludwig

LUDWIG, Ruth H., passed away surrounded by the love of her family on February 3, 2025 at the age of 96. She was born in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Wendell and Helen (nee Gehr) Gay. 

She is survived by her loving children Linda (Frank) Mueller, Greg (Teri) Ludwig, Chick (Peggy Jo) Ludwig, Terri (Marc) Christopfel, Jeff (Susan) Ludwig, Dan (Jackie) Ludwig, and Barb (Dave) Phelps. Beloved grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Ruth is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 51 years, Charles A. Ludwig. 

Visitation at St. William Church, 4108 W. 8th St., MONDAY from 9:00 AM until time of service at 10:00 AM. Ruth will be laid to rest, reunited with her beloved Charles at St. Joseph Old Cemetery West 8th and Seton Ave. following Mass.
