FOSTER, Roy M. III, beloved husband of Kathy Foster (nee Mays) of 29 years. Loving father of Kelly (Justin) Cline, Daniel Foster and Renee Foster. Devoted grandfather of Kennedy and Bryn Cline. Dear son of Roy Jr. and the late Eloise Foster. Dear brother of Robert (Judy) Foster. Retired from the US Army as a Staff Sergeant after serving 9 years.
