Rosalie Weinmann

WEINMANN, Rosalie E., passed away at her home on August 14, 2026, at the age of 88. She was born on January 4, 1938, in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Clifford and Marie (nee Geiser) Kunkel.

Rose is survived by her loving children Lisa Weinmann and Dave (Rebecca) Weinmann. Beloved grandmother of Rose (Tony) Kappesser, Maria (Rafael) Broderick-Torres, and Anthony & Ella Weinmann. Treasured great-grandmother of Lily, Anton, and Bryce. Dear sister of Shirley Reilman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Rose is preceded in passing by her devoted husband of 27 years, Tony Weinmann.

Rose was a devoted and loving grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family always came first for Rose, and she never hesitated to drop everything to make sure her loved ones had what they needed. She especially enjoyed hosting holidays and creating special memories with her family.

Before retiring, Rose worked as an accountant at Western Hill Jeep, a company she owned with her late husband, Tony. She was hardworking and accomplished, graduating high school early and earning her college degree through night school at the age of 16.

Rose loved spending time outdoors, especially mowing her grass on her John Deere tractor. She was also an avid sports fan, both watching and playing, and proudly became the first “Home Run Queen” in the family. Playing board games and cards with her grandchildren was among her greatest joys.

In her younger years, Rose loved to travel with her husband and family, with Hawaii being her favorite destination. She always made sure her grandchildren and even the family’s fur babies had a special treat, finding joy in making everyone feel loved and remembered. Above all, Rose’s greatest joy was her family and the countless memories she created with them.

Rose never stopped loving her husband even after his untimely passing.
