VANDERYT, Ronald A. Beloved husband of Gayle A. VanDeRyt (Nee Guetle) for 60 years. Loving father of Dian (Michael) Hackman, Sue (Brian) Lachapelle, Juli (Doug) Kohls, Joan (Ed) Hornsby, Alisa (John) Graff and Joe (Patricia) VanDeRyt. Devoted grandfather of Jessica (Tim) Weidel, Christopher, Mckayla Hackman, Jennifer (Ross) Tierney, Collin, Scott, Lauren Lachapelle, Stephani (Eric) Bellm, David (Kelly) Kohls, Brittani (Ben) Fessel, Lyndsi Kohls, Austin, Blake Hornsby, Kristin (Vince) Murphy, Megan Graff (John Fontaine), Josie, Lucy Graff, Will, John Paul, Hana, Grace, Emi VanDeRyt and great grandfather of Violet, Jonas, Hunter, Madison, Connor and Emmett. Dear brother of Chuck (the late Pat) VanDeRyt. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Ron was a loving husband & father who worked hard to provide for his wife and six children. He owned several businesses over the years and enjoyed a lifetime of boating and golfing with his family and friends. Ron was fortunate to be able to retire at the young age of 59. From that point on he and Gayle enjoyed wintering in Florida and sharing their home with family and friends. Passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 83 years of age. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on TUESDAY from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ignatius Loyola, 5222 N. Bend Rd., at 11:30 AM.
