WATTS, Richard S. 'Rick', Beloved husband of Michelle Watts (Nee Sanborn) for 15 years. Loving step father of Rachel and Chelby Mullins. Dear brother of Michael (Kay) Watts. Cherished uncle of Logan and Chelsey. Recent member of the Southern Ohio Bikers and past President of the American Federation of Riders.
