FISCHER, Richard J., devoted husband of the late Ruth (nee Meibers) and Karilyn (nee Martin). Beloved father of Lynn Schwarz, Mary Ann (Jim) Hock, Rick (Debi) and Jim Fischer. Adored \"Papa\" to Elizabeth Schwarz, Brittany and Morgan Fischer, Joseph and Matthew Hock. Dear brother of Ellen Burke and Mary Clare O'Connell of Chicago, IL and the late M. Joan Rice. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son-in-law John J. Schwarz. Passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 74 years of age. Visitation B.J.
