Raffaele Mantuano

MANTUANO, Raffaele, beloved husband of the late Giulia Mantuano (Nee Scigliulo) for 40 years. Loving father of Raffaela 'Elina' Mantuano (William Modafari) and Alex (Suzanne) Mantuano. Devoted grandfather of Alessandra, Sofia and the late Ava Mantuano. Dear brother of the late Giuseppe, Antonio, Tina and Lisa. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 86 years of age. Ralph immigrated from Italy to Cincinnati in 1962 leaving his family and friends behind to marry the love of his life Giulia where he began a family of his own. He was a devoted husband and father who had a strong passion for soccer, playing Italian cards and who was very proud of his Italian heritage. Raffaele's family and friends meant the world to him, especially his two granddaughters Ally and Sofia who were his pride and joy. He still loved traveling to visit his best friends and family as he lived his life to the fullest. His affectionate personality and sense of humor will be deeply missed by many friends and family around the world including his dog Bruno. Due to Covid concerns, there will be a private Family only Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on SATURDAY from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial for family and friends at St. Catherine of Siena, 2848 Fischer Pl., at 10:30 AM.
