Phillip Lingg

LINGG, Phillip E, age 68, passed away on Saturday, August 20th, after a valiant 9 year fight with Brain Cancer. Devoted husband of 45 years to Dorothy Lingg (nee Couch). Loving father of Wendy (Josh) Cox and Christie (Paul) Thaler. Proud papa of Megan Cox, Matthew Thaler and Evan Thaler. Phil is survived by sister Mary Ann Lingg (Martha Uhlhorn) and brother Mark Lingg (Patty). Son of the late Franklin and Anna Mae (nee Tiemeier) Lingg. Phil was a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School class of 1966 and Thomas More College. Phil enjoyed a wonderful 40 year career with the Kroger Company. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road, on Wednesday from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM on Thursday at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1075 Overlook Avenue.
