GOLEMBIEWSKI, Paul J., born May 29, 1942, died October 3, 2006 at Mercy Hospice Center, Cincinnati. Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Margaret Golembiewski. Survived by sister Mary Clare Mallardi, a niece Jennifer Schroeder, nephews Nicholas and Timothy all of Dallas and Michael Mallardi of San Francisco, CA. Also special cousins and caregivers Dave and Marilyn Wempe of Cincinnati.
