HART, Patrick J. Devoted and beloved husband of 29 years to Nancy Hart (nee Hisch) Loving father of Jackie (Joel Feist), Allie, Ben, and Olivia Hart. Caring son of Tom and Mary Rose Hart and son-in-law of Mary Lou Hisch and the late Stephan Hisch. Dear brother of Marlene (David Norris), Mimi (Bryan Gerth) , Michael (Eileen), Mark (Sharon), Chris (Linda) , Aimee (Ken Boeing), Peter (Missy), Stephan (Jeannine), Julie (Ed) Stander, David (Denise) and brother-in-law to Lisa (Jeff) Tromp, Tim (Susy) Hisch, and Jenny (Mark) Giovanetti, uncle and great uncle to many dear nieces and nephews. Patrick died unexpectedly on January 17, 2016 at the age of 52. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road, on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
