DUBBS, Patrick R. Beloved husband of Carol A. Dubbs (Nee Wolfe) for 39 years. Loving father of Reanna Heis, Robert (Kozue) Heis and Shannon (Chris) Frey. Devoted grandfather of Ashley, Darius, Jacob, Jazmine, Ryu, Joey, Jullia, Ryan and Anna. Dear brother of Eddie (Barb) Lightcap, Debbie (George) Leighty, Sharon (John) Blough, Sandy Samples, Greg (the late Christie) Lightcap, Phyllis Cubic, Raymond Dubbs and Melanie Dubbs. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 71 years of age.
