FREY, Ottavia M. (Nee Compassi), loving wife of the late Joseph E. Frey. Beloved mother of Joseph L. Frey, Donna Frey, James (Linda) Frey and Lisa (Chip) O'Brien. Devoted grandmother of Raegan, Kevin, Kelly and Erin. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 96 years of age. Services held at convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
