FREY, Oscar F., beloved husband of the late Elinor L. (nee Bernd) Frey. Dear father of Ellie Grupenhoff, Ed, Paul and Ray Frey. Dear father- in-law of Paul Grupenhoff, Carol and Jackie Frey and the late Dolores Frey. Dear brother of Eddie and Charles Frey and the late Ernie Frey. Also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Died on Friday, December 5, 1997 at 90 years. Visitation B.J.
