HOWARD, Norman T., beloved husband of the late Marcella C. Howard (nee Smith). Loving father of Thomas (Calleen) Howard. Dear grandfather of the late Barbara J. Howard. Loving uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Norman was a 15 year member of the Cheviot Eagles Club. Passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2011, at 103 years of age.
