KOCH, Norma Louise (nee Williams). Beloved wife of William C. Koch. Loving mother of Bonnie Wallace, Rebecca A. (Timothy) Quillin and William C. Koch Jr. Devoted grandmother of Timothy A. and Steven C. Quillin, Brandy E. Koch and the late Cheyenne N. Koch. Dear sister of Vernon Williams and the late Lou Vickers. Daughter of the late Wayson P. and Agnus J. (nee Cross) Williams. Passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 71 years of age.
