BLANKENSHIP, Noel E., beloved husband of Lanta Blankenship (nee King), loving father of Troy (Linda) Blankenship and Karen (Kevin) Wuest, dear grandfather of Nathan and Matthew Blankenship and Bradley and Nicholas Wuest, beloved son of the late Luster and Elva (nee Perkins) Blankenship, brother of Leon Blankenship, Mary Privett, Alta Maxey, Lois Brady, Charlene Knapp and Bertie Paul and the late Noah, Harley, Ovie Blankenship and Beulah Henderson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. On Sunday, December 8 at 65 years of age.
