Nicholas D. Hahn

HAHN, Nicholas D. Beloved husband of 47 years to the late Barb Hahn (Nee Harmes). Loving father of Greg (Angela) Hahn, and Kim (Jim) Bower. Devoted grandfather of Nick, Sara, Cooper, and Brennan. Dear brother of Lance Hahn and Rob (Patty) Hahn. Dear uncle of Joe Hahn. Nick passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 79 years of age. 

A lifelong West Sider, Nick loved his alma mater Elder High School, where he taught and coached for 2 years after graduating from Xavier University. Nick proudly worked for The Kroger Co. for 37 years and retired in 2007 as Director of Corporate Brands. Nick was also very charitable with his time serving on several volunteer boards, including serving as board chair for Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services and the Elder High School Board of Limited Jurisdiction. His main love in life was his wife, children, and grandchildren. He spent countless hours coaching them, attending athletic events, and supplying them with unconditional love. 

Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on FRIDAY, JANUARY 31 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1175 Overlook Avenue on at 11:00 AM.
