Matthew W. Wellbrock

WELLBROCK, Matthew William, Beloved son of Raymond and Marybeth Wellbrock (Nee Abbott). Loving brother of Emily Wellbrock (Kyle Walsh) and the late Erin Elizabeth Wellbrock. Dear grandson of Jeannie (James) Quinn. Cherished nephew of John (Holly), Michael (Molly) Wellbrock, Amy (Mike) Hopkins and Cathleen Gehling. Also survived by his many cousins, family, and friends. Passed away suddenly on Monday, November 6, 2023, at 26 years. Matthew was taken way too soon. Anyone who knew him, knew he loved his family fiercely and was a proud dog dad to Wyatt. One of his many loves included baseball, starting to play as a toddler making his way to the Elder Baseball Team as well as playing for Thomas More College. In recent years, he found his passion for service through the Colerain Fire Department. He was loved by so many of his friends and family and will be missed dearly. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on SATURDAY from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude Church, 5940 Bridgetown Rd., 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Elder High School, 3900 Vincent Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45205.
