COOK, Mary F. (nee Barnhorst), beloved wife of the late Gerald H. Cook. Loving mother of Dale (Nancy) Cook, Denise (David) Scheidler, Debbie (Ray Lembke) Cook and Douglas (Amy) Cook. Devoted grandmother of Stephen, Amanda, Zachary, Alexandra, Madison and Lindsay. Dear sister of Richard (Joyce) and John (Angie) Barnhorst, Donna (Jerry) Kneipp, Anthony (Vernette) Barnhorst, Kathi (Frank) Fijalkovich, Timothy (Chris), William and Robert (Trish) Barnhorst. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, April 15, 2013, at 74 years of age.
