Mary Brickweg

Mary Brickweg passed away on January 20, 2025 at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Loretta (Tepe) Brickweg, and sister of the late Harry (Sonny) Brickweg. Mary is survived by her cousin, Sr. Ann Elizabeth von Hagel, S.C., her life-long friend, Beverly Downs, her five God children, and the Downs family. She worked for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for many years before retiring. Throughout her life, Mary enjoyed the arts, especially theater, the symphony, and the art museum, going to the zoo, taking walks in the park, and playing Scrabble with her friends. Committed to learning, Mary loved reading about history, the American government, and the Constitution. Mary will be remembered for her sense of humor, kindness, compassion, and for living a life filled with faith and love.

Services will be held at Saint Joseph New Cemetery located at 4500 Foley Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238 on Friday, February 7, at 9:30 a.m.
