KOESTER, Maria A. (nee Geers), beloved wife of the late Joseph G. Koester. Loving mother of Margie (the late Bill) Landwehr, Gary (Marian) Koester and Diane (Gregg) Koester Sibert. Dear sister of Bernd (Magda) Geers, Agnes Schlattman and the late Antonia Mende, Josefa, Ernst and George Geers. Sister-in-law of Elfriede Geers. Devoted grandmother of Aleisa (William) Yusko, Amy (Jay) Scherer, Sarah (Dan) Ward, Julie Franco, Joseph Koester (Dustin Hubbs), Laura (James) Collins, Emily (Josh) Heinonen and Zachary Sibert and 13 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 88 years of age.
