(nee Mead), beloved wife of Paul Belcher Sr., loving daughter of Helen Jackson and the late Vernon Jackson, de- voted mother of Tina Huston, Carl and Bill Palmer, Paul Belcher Jr., and Missy Byrd, dear grandmother of Amanda and Christine Hu- ston, Stephanie, Andrew and Jacob Palmer, adoring mother-in-law of David Huston and Brian Byrd, dear sister of Fred Mead and James Oaks, and sister-in-law of Lucy Mead, also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
