CARTER, Lois A. (nee Lay), beloved wife of James Carter. Loving mother of Jim (Amy) Carter, Julie Carey, Jenni (Mike) Orkey. Dear sister of Joi (Jim) Isaacs and Margie Hengge. Devoted grandmother of Jeanette, Ricky, Rachel, Emily, Matthew, Keegan, Ryan and Sarah and great grandmother of Christian and Megan. Suddenly passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2007, at 61 years of age. Private Services.
