Joyce Ann Owen

OWEN, Joyce, 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on February 15, 2025. She was married to Gary Owen. Joyce is survived by her beloved brother, Ricky Bowling; her stepdaughter, Susan Little; and her step-grandchildren, Jake Little, Reilly Little, and Cole Little. She is also survived by her cousins, Phylis Bell and Jo Anne Kennedy; her brother-in-law, Rich Owen, and his children, Richard and Brooke Owen. Joyce attended Newport High School and later earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas More College. She worked as a Business Manager at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Joyce will be deeply missed by her family and friends, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
