NIEMER, Joyce M. (Nee Todd), Beloved wife of the late Ralph Niemer. Loving mother of Julie (Jim) Schmidt, Jeff (Trina) Niemer and Jane (Bill) Doll. Devoted grandmother of Jimmy Schmidt, Jason Niemer (Hannah Herbst), Justine (Jeremy) Walker, Joshua (Rachael) Niemer, Jessica Niemer, Christian, Nathan, Erin Schapker the late Jenna Schmidt and great grandmother of Peyton. Dear sister of JoAnne (Steve) Tonnis. Also survived by her nephew Ben and niece Rachel Tonnis. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 85 years of age.
