NIEMEYER, Joseph E., beloved husband of the late Ruth R. (nee Mecklenborg). Loving father of Joseph P. (Stephanie), Robert T. (Patricia), David J., Richard C. (Karen), Paul D. (Kathy) and Mary T. (Bob) Voellmecke. Devoted grandfather of 21 grandchildrenand one great-grandchild. Dear brother of Margaret Dooley and preceded in death by three sisters. On Friday, January 17, 1997 at 72 years of age. Visitation B.J.
