RADFORD, John E., beloved husband of Mary K. (nee Foster) Radford. Dear father of Kimberly Nicholas, Tonya Warren and Sandy Godby. Dear brother of James R. Radford, William Frazier, JoAnn Kelly, Diana Frazier and Barbara Smith. Dear son of the late James Radford and Norma Frazier. Also survived by six grandchildren. Son-in-law of Virgil and Nola Foster.
