SIEGMUNDT, John W. "Jay", beloved husband of Jane Siegmundt (nee Folz). Loving father of Mark (Kris), Jeff (Helene), Greg (Penny) and Jill (Tony) Caminiti. Devoted grandfather of Connor, Chad, Lindsay, John, Nicholas, Drew, Cole and Max. Passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at 81 years of age. Services will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at St. Dominic Church, 4551 Delhi Road with Visiting hour from 9:00AM until time of Memorial Mass at 10:00AM.
