SCHRAND, John H. Beloved husband of Betty Schrand (nee Helmer) and the late Lois Ann Schrand (nee Thieman). Loving father of Jack (Gail), Wayne (Chris) Schrand, Lynda (Bobby) Nicholas, Sally (Rick) Dudley, Patty Mollmann, Debbie (Tom) Mayes and Jenny (John) Breiner. Dear brother of the late Norma Kemper, Dorothy Drumm and Edyth Gerdes. Devoted grandfather of Jonathan, Laura, Pamela, Andrew, Jeffrey, Amy, Joseph, Jennifer, Jessica, Katie, Billy (Heather), Kristen and Correna (Jeff). Passed away on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 84 years of age. WWII veteran USS Mauna Loa. Retired from Cincinnati Enquirer,30 years and ITU, 61 years.
