SCHIRMER, John J. Beloved husband of Mary R. Schirmer (nee Wentz) of 55 years. Loving father of Joseph D. (Tricia), David J. (Annette) Schirmer, Barb (Felix) Dietz and the late Michelle Schirmer. Devoted grandfather of Nicholas Schirmer, Christina, Zachary (Sarah) Dietz and great grandfather of Tyler. Dear brother of Martha, Albert, Ann, Don, Rita, Bob, Marie and the late Frank and Rich. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 83 years of age. Visitation on Wednesday at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Chrisitan Burial on Thursday at St. Aloysius Gonzaga, 4366 Bridgetown Rd., at 10:00 AM.
