ROGERS, John L., beloved husband of the late Helen Marie (nee Keck) Rogers. Devoted father of Pat (Dick) Pardon, Joy Davidson, Larry (Jackie) Rogers and Mary Kay Spencer. Loving grandfather of Kathy Roosa and Karen Davidson, Jeanne Clephane, Jennifer Paul and Kathryn Rogers, Sherry Baird, Cindy Herman and Christy Spencer. Proud great-grandfather of Joshua and Anna Grace Clephane, soon-to-be-born Cooper John Paul, Caitlin Baird, Abbi and Lexi Herman. Dearest friend of Millie Rakel. Dear brother of the late Christina, Joseph, Margaret, Sr. Mary Lou (Ursulines of Brown County), Martha, James and Robert Rogers. Survived by sisters-in-law Mary Rogers, Rosalyn Rogers, Delores (Keck) Konerman, many nieces, nephews and treasured friends. On Monday, September 2, 2002 at 92 years of age. Born and raised in Saylor Park, John resided in Western Hills and worked at Stevenson Photo Color for 46 years as a greatly respected lithographer. He was a founding member of St. Antoninus Church, charter member of the Cincinnati Litho Club, and the Graphics Arts Union. John will be remembered for his devotion to his family and church, his strong work ethic, his infectious smile and hearty laugh. Visitation St. Antoninus Church Greeting Room, Julmar and Linneman Roads, (Western Hills) on Friday 4:00PM to 7:00PM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 7:30PM. If desired memorials may be made to St. Antoninus Endowment Fund, 1500 Linneman Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238. B.J. Meyer Sons Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
