MIDDENDORF, John H. 'Jack', beloved husband of Marylyn T. Middendorf (nee Torbeck) for 53 years. Loving father of Lisa (Jim) Woodall, Mark (Jenny) Middendorf and Lynn (Mike) Hanley. Devoted grandfather of Jack, Katie, Bethie Woodall, Joe, Sam, Max, Gus Middendorf, Will, Teddy, Ellie and John Hanley. Dear brother of Neci (Jack) Bernzott, Mary (Ranjit) Rath and the late Joe Middendorf and brother-in-law of Marlene Middendorf, Barbara and Joe Schaffer, Lois and Steve Szucs, Terry and Diane Torbeck, Dan and Sudsy Torbeck and Kathy and Tom VonderBrink. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at 75 years of age. Visitation Our Lady of Visitation Church, 3172 South Road, Saturday from 9:30AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM.
