BERNDSEN, John A., beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Merkel) Berndsen. Loving father of Connie (Chuck) Bredestege, John (Jean) and Joe Berndsen, Laurie (Donny) Draggoo. Dear brother of Robert, Mary Braun and the late Lawrence and Margaret Calme. Devoted grandfather of Jennifer, Emily, Charles, Jessica, Rachel, Joseph, Jeffery, Jordan, and Allison. Also survived by 2 great-grandchildren Katie and Carter. On Monday, May 6, 2002 at 75 years of age. Retired carpenter of Local 793. Visitation B.J.
