WATERS, JoAnn (Nee Rogers), beloved wife of the late Russell Waters. Loving mother of Dave Waters, Debra (Steven) Berry and Diann (Donald) Alexander. Devoted grandmother of Jason, Scott (Sharise), Danielle, Kyle, Julie, Brooke, Maria, Courtney, Logan, Alexis and the late Angel. Cherished great grandmother of Daniel, Chloe, Nolan and Austin. Dear sister of Barb, Patty, Bill, Beth and the late Nick, Jim and Paul. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 87 years of age.
