Ellert, JoAnn V. (nee Rielage) beloved wife of the late Frank J. Ellert Jr, loving mother of Frank (Mary) Ellert, Kathy (Doug) Schmitt and Terri (Don) Roenker. Devoted grandmother of Frank and Jack Ellert, Matthew and Mya Schmitt, Amy Roenker Jellison (Kyle), Andy (Holly), Tom (Emily), Ben (Madeline), and George (Claire) Roenker. Great grandmother of Ava, Lilly, and Penny Jellison, AJ, Everly JoAnn, Callan, Tripp, Tate, and Peter Roenker. Beloved sister of Nancy Klusman, Robert Rielage, and the late Tom Rielage and Gail Rom. JoAnn passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at the age of 93. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, JANUARY 18th at 10 am at Holy Cross Church 3612 Church Street Covington, Kentucky 41015. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard. Celebration of Life to follow burial. If desired, donations may be directed to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and St. Rita’s School for the Deaf.
