WELLEN, Joan R., beloved wife of the late Albert J. Wellen. Loving mother of Albert J. (Dana) Jr., Martha J. (Gary Endres), Steven J. (Vicki), Mary J. Wellen and the late Sue Ann Mann. Mother-in-law of Martin Mann. Devoted grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2014, at 91 years of age. Visitation Our Lady of Victory, 810 Neeb Road, on Thursday from 10:00AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM. Burial will follow immediately at St. Joseph Cemetery- W 8th and Seton.
