Loving mother of Barbara (Bill) Carrelli, Victoria (Mark) Hiudt, Jayne (Ken) Moreland, and Susan (Henry) Osborn. Dear stepmother of Jodi St. Charles-Bounds and the late Frank St. Charles. Loving grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 9. Preceded in death by brothers Jack and Robert Stark. Passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 88 years of age. Private services were held. B.J.
