VISJAGER, Jack F. Beloved son of Jeroen and Stephanie Visjager. Cherished brother of Andrew Fort, Connor Fort and Ava Visjager. Devoted grandson of William and Regina Fort and the late Maan and Ann Visjager. Dear nephew of Elizabeth Bauer. Loving cousin of Timothy Fort (Jazzalyn Bunner), Matthew Fort, Holly Bauer, Jimmy Bauer and second cousin of Zaelyn Fort. Passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 18 years of age. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on FRIDAY from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
