HENNESSEY, Jack Thomas, son of Thomas and Charlotte Hennessey (nee Hunt). Grandson of Francis and Barbara Hennessey and Barry and Susan Hunt. Born June 28th, 2013, passed away Tuesday, October 15th, 2013. During his short 3 months and 17 days of life, he was loved deeply and touched the hearts of family and friends. Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 26th, meet at the office 9:30AM at Saint Mary Cemetery, 701 East Ross Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio.
