GARTIES, Irma S. (nee Sprang), beloved wife of the late George Garties, loving mother of Jeanne M. Kelly and James P. Garties, and the late Richard G. Garties, dear mother-in-law of Patricia Garties and Joseph B. Kelly, also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. On Friday, April 21, 1995, at 102 years of age. Visitation B.J.
